Gas detection system needs to be calibrated and serviced every 6 months. If usage of the kitchen is heavy, gas detection system needs to be calibrated and serviced every quarter. It is a requirement for air-conditioned kitchen to have gas solenoid valve and gas detection system to interlock with the exhaust fan.
